Customer Care Associate Bilingual Spanish -professionally handle all inbound calls from patients and healthcare professionals, via telephone, email, chat, and written communication. Must be able to utilize his/her healthcare experience and product training to effectively and consistently communicate specific product information. The variety of subjects handled is extensive (e.g., product information, activating discount prescription drug cards, patient education materials, product quality complaints, adverse experiences and more). Utilizes excellent communication and organizational skills while working independently in an inbound contact center environment.

Inbound-Customer Care Associate Bilingual Spanish speaking needed immediately!

Responsibilities.

  • Will be responsible for activating prescription discount cards, trouble shooting and triage calls to find the best resolution for the customer inquiries or complaints.

  • Assist customers with financial assistance and other inquiries regarding a pharmaceutical product.

  • Identify and handle actual and potential non-serious Adverse Event (AE) reports.

  • Conduct non-serious AE investigation(s) ensuring appropriate information is gathered and follow-up with the reporter as required.

  • Ability to learn and retain client's product knowledge to provide the customers excellent

  • Ability to read and interpret documents.

  • Excellent telephone manner and listening skills

  • Responsible for meeting QA.

  • Ability to accept and implement coaching and feedback in order to achieve individual and team performance goals.

Attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.

  • Evaluate and escalate calls as appropriate.

  • Manage all customer inquiries to successful resolution.

  • Effectively and consistently communicate messages, timely product information and/or specific offers to physicians, health care staff and/or consumers via inbound tele-service according to specific initiatives.

  • Comply with all industry regulations and policies and procedures.

Language

  • Bilingual Spanish/English fluency required

Qualifications

  • Contact Center, Inbound or Outbound.

  • Stable, consistency work history.

  • Excellent communication.

  • English and Spanish fluency,

  • Excellent reading and written skills.

  • Inbound script reading (English and Spanish).

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Customer focused with attention to details.

  • Ability to multi-task.

  • Computer proficient: Microsoft office (Emails/correspondence).

  • Healthcare or pharmaceutical.

  • Doctor's office front desk-patients interactions.

  • Ability to build positive rapport with customers.

  • Pharmacy Technician.

  • Typing Test 25 wpm minimum required.

  • Ability to meet Regulatory Compliances.

Education:

  • High school graduate or equivalent

What we look for * Associate's/Bachelor's Degree Preferred (Equivalentcombination of higher education and experience is acceptable). * 3-5 years'experience in a high velocity customer service environment. * The preferredcandidate will have prior experience in a customer service or support role. * Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well asexcellent interpersonal skills.
