Our Customer Service Representatives serve as a first point of contact for our customers and deliver exceptional customer service. Our Customer Service Representative work in a call center environment and interact with customers to provide information and generate orders.

Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Interact with customers to ensure that customer needs for products and services are being met
Provide information on products, availability, pricing, applications
Generate customer orders
High school diploma/GED with 2 years of related customer service experience
Fluent in Spanish and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
Strong attention to detail and deadlines
Represent the company with a positive image to customers
Ability to deal with customers under diverse situations
