Bilingual Customer Service Representative Job Details:

Pay: $17 - 19/hr

1st Shift Hours: 8 am

• 4:30 pm or 8:30 am

• 5 pm, Monday-Friday (Hours may vary based on client needs)

Training Hours: 9 am

• 4:30 pm for two days

Be responsible for answering incoming calls regarding class action lawsuits. Follow a script to ensure high-quality calls. Document the call in Spanish to English and vice versa. Send and respond to emails as needed. Be able and willing to learn and assist with multiple projects. Qualified candidates will have the ability to speak both English/Spanish, be good with computers, and have strong typing and customer service skills.
