Bilingual Customer Service Rep
Use your Customer Service, Sales and Organizational skills to provide Customer Support while working with our experienced Honeywell Team and utility clients. You will work closely with the business leaders and enjoy a lot of interaction with internal employees and external customers. Contribute in a team of highly committed professionals whose organizational and communication skills ensure client goals and objectives are met, as well as, administering other business processes.
Provide superior communication skills to market and enlist customers. Grow and develop your technical and interpersonal skills while focusing on client support. Contribute to a team-based culture and friendly working environment.
OTHER DUTIES INCLUDE:
Meet required metrics in efficiency and effectiveness.
Handle inbound and outbound customer related phone inquiries and ensure that issues are resolved promptly, professionally and thoroughly
Utilize outstanding typing skills to enter detailed notes into our system
Educate our customers on the company's products and programs
Look for innovative ways to enhance the customers' experience
may provide other client specific duties as necessary and required by program/account

YOU MUST HAVE
High School Diploma
Bilingual Fluent in Spanish
Ability to easily and effectively juggle many priorities and competing demands
Individuals who are self-motivated and do things before being asked by others or forced to by events
Ability to focus on important information and identify key details.
Professional and courteous communication
Strong organizational skills
Excellent computer literacy in a variety of Microsoft and web based programs
Highly dependable and trustworthy and able to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines
