You will be responsible for new customer growth by sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm about our pricing, service, and technology. Our Representatives typically talk with 25 30 customers per day, nationwide.

By building quick rapport and using your assertiveness and confidence, youll educate prospective customers on why they should choose DISH! You should feel comfortable overcoming objections, have a desire to constantly learn, and be willing to accept feedback.

Responsibilities: The Business Retention Specialist works within two departments, the Retention Team and the Inside Sales Team. They are specially trained to present rebuttals to overcome sales reluctance over the phone. The Business Retention Specialist must be adept at resourcing various database functions while engaging the customer and bring the call to a successful conclusion using price reduction and other rebuttal tools in one phone call. They are responsible for meeting and exceeding sales performance targets, maintaining established conversion goals daily, and maintain acceptable installation rates. Qualifications: The successful candidate will possess: * High School Diploma/GED. * Telemarketing and Sales experience preferred. * Strong sales and customer service skills. * Able to work in a team environment.
