Compensation and Hours:

  • Starting salary is $16.55 / hour

  • Potential to earn overtime

  • Position will be Monday- Thursday from 9am-6pm

  • Rotational Saturdays from 10am-5pm

  • Sunday Closed

What You'll Be Doing

  • Answering and handling calls. Handle a high volume of incoming calls promptly and professionally while providing a warm and friendly greeting to callers, identifying yourself and the company

  • Provide resolution. Identify and prioritize urgent or escalated issues, ensuring prompt resolution

  • Customer assistance and support. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations by assisting customers with placing orders, processing payments, or updating account information

  • Documentation and system updates. Accurately and thoroughly document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system

  • Adherence to policies and procedures. Follow established call center guidelines, procedures, and scripts to ensure consistency and quality of service

Qualifications that Make You the Perfect Fit!

  • Fluent in English and Spanish

  • High School Diploma or equivalent years of experience preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service, call center or retail experience preferred

  • Comfortable using computer systems, software applications, and telephone systems required
