Job Description Job Description As a Branch Administrator for our Hayward Branch, you will be responsible for contributing to the development and growth of business for your local Branch. SCHEDULE: The office hours and your schedule at a minimum is 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

If business dictates an appearance or supervision during hours outside the minimum requirements, you are expected to schedule and conduct company business accordingly. Please keep in mind schedules can alter and working overtime is a strong possibility (when so, it is required) based on client demand. Job Duties: • Practice optimal customer service, constant communication, a good sense of urgency, and supreme organization to contribute to the growth of the branch and the success of the team. • Frist to come in contact with Walk-ins visiting our branch.

Provide a professional and welcoming environment. • First to respond to incoming phone calls. Provide a professional and welcoming demeanor • Direct phone calls, retrieve and relay voicemails, and schedule appointments depending on attained information. • In charge of our PAN Testing facility (if branch offers testing) . Provide accurate testing instructions with professionalism, and outstanding customer service to incoming testers and 1/9 verifications . • Assist your team with business related duties such as basic recruiting functions, employee tracking, basic employee screening phone calls, etc. • Provide detailed client information depending on the various branch positions to potential applicants to better prepare them for their interview or job start. • In charge of the complete employee onboarding process. Collect and review applications for completion and accuracy, issue pre-employment tests, issue pre-employment drug screens, employment evaluations, physical tests, and processing work eligibility documents. • In charge of filing and entering necessary information (i.e., Application, 1-9, W-4, etc.) in paper and in computer database(s) by State and Federal standards. • Payroll duties such as: verifying hours worked , collecting and transmitting timecards to the payroll department, and serve as a link between payroll department and employee. • Assist recruiters in initial resume screening depending on branch needs. • Participate in team meetings to discuss branch goals and expectations . • Computer programs used in position; Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Applicant Tracking Database, Web Browser, Dropbox, and other programs as directed • Occasional lifting (10-201bs) may be needed. • Occasional driving to local clients and local errands will be required. • Additional duties may apply as position dictates Company Description MALEKO PERSONNEL is the leader in specialized industrial, production, and logistics staffing.
