Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Bilingual Administrative Assistant in the Corporate & Liberty Street Clinic programs at Behavioral Health Network! This position is split 20 hours/ week at the Corporate office and 20 hours/week at the Liberty Street Clinic office.
In accordance with the BHN Mandatory COVID vaccine policy - all staff, interns, temps, residents and contractors are required to be fully vaccinated no later than day one of employment. Medical or religious exemptions will be offered and must be approved prior to starting work.
The same guidelines noted above apply during flu season (defined as December 1st - through end of flu season as announced by the CDC) for BHN's Mandatory Influenza Vaccine policy.

Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the Corporate & Liberty Street Clinic programs with the following:
Providing administrative assistance to the Executive Assistant.
Coordinating executive communications, taking calls, & responding to emails.
Interfacing with individuals served, staff, and visitors, as well as key stakeholders including board members and executives.
Scheduling & sending reminders about meetings and appointments.
Maintaining the appearance of the waiting room and office areas.
Providing support for company committees.

What are we looking for in a Bilingual Administrative Assistant?
High School Diploma or equivalent (required); Associate's Degree (preferred).
Bilingual in Spanish & English (required).
1-3 years of experience in an administrative assistant capacity (required).
Proficiency in all programs of the MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Excellent communications skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Friendly and professional demeanor.
Ability to take initiative for improved organizational efficiency.
Ability to uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
Ability to develop and sustain a level of professionalism with all stakeholders.
Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties.
Strong organizational, project management, problem-solving, & multi-tasking abilities.
