Bike Rental Associate

Overview

The Highlands is looking for new Bike Rental Associates to join our amazing Bike Park Team. You will be responsible for managing the bike rental fleet including performing basic repair work on the bikes and adjusting them to fit each guest, giving them an exceptional experience! This is a full-time or part-time seasonal position with flexible scheduling, giving you plenty of time to enjoy the various perks that come with working for an amazing resort!

Responsibilities

The following statements are intended as general illustrations of the work in this classification and are not all-inclusive of the specific position.

• Act as a source of information about the Bike Park for guests

• Maintaining the mountain bike fleet, including general repair tasks and cleaning

• Providing exceptional individual service to guests

• Responsible for the correct sizing and setup for those renting bikes

• Maintaining a clean workspace

Qualifications

• Bicycle mechanic experience preferred but not requried

• Motivated self-starter

• Must have a valid driver's license

• Must be able to stand for 6-8 hours at a time

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

• Single Bed, no pets. If interested, inquire during job interview
