Trade Transaction Services (TTS) Trade Technology organization supports the Global Trade Services, Trade Finance and Supply Chain management segment of the TTS Treasury and Trade business.

The TTS Big Data platform is a multi-year critical program within Data Technology, part of Treasury & Trade Services. The Big Data Apps Dev Sr Programmer Analyst will be leading major initiatives under this program to transform and digitize the business.
Consults with users, clients and other technology groups on issues and recommends advanced programming solutions.
Installs and supports big data applications. Accountable for all phases of development process, analysis, design, construction, testing and implementation.
Provides user and operational support on applications to business users.
Solves / works complex problems / projects through in-depth evaluation of business processes, system processes and industry standards; performs root cause analyses.
Engages in post implementation analysis of business usage to ensure successful system design and functionality.
Provides sound understanding of Big Data apps development concepts and principles and knowledge of concepts and principles in other technology areas.
Provides evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information in complicated and unique situations.
Directly impacts the business by ensuring the quality of work provided by self and others.
Impacts own team and closely related work teams. Exhibits sound and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills to exchange complex information.
Education Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science, or equivalent experience, required.
5 years of Hadoop Spark using Scala/Java programming experience
3+ years of Spark/Scala experience
3+ years of Cloudera 5.x /6.x /YARN experience
Experience with real time and batch data ingestion frameworks
Experience with API development and use of JSON/XML/Hypermedia data formats
2+ Years of Data management or data modeling experience within Big Data (Hbase/Hive/Impala)
5 years of Core Java or Python Programming experience
Hands on Experience with open source software platforms Linux
2+ years of Oracle and/or MYSQL database application development experience
Agile development processes experiences a plus
