Requirement 1 :
Title : Bigdata Architect
Rate : $90/hr on C2C max

The candidate filling this role is expected to take the lead in gaining technical understanding of Big Data technologies and in particular gain working technical knowledge of managing massive volumes of data leveraging Hadoop, Spark and ElasticSearch. This role will be working hands on to develop proofs-of-concepts (POC) to identify viable options for implementing a particular data management need. This role will also pass on the learning to peers for knowledge sharing.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide strategic and architectural direction to address unique business problems.

Provide System design and models (e.g. domain-driven design, data modeling, and REST API design) to the development teams as well as presenting to Architectural Committees.

Developing Knowledge base articles.

Work with business groups to understand requirements, workflows and system trade-offs.

Assist development teams in migrating applications into Azure.

Provide a feedback loop to the development

Work with internal business partners and technical analysts to understand business problems and requirements to design and build solutions

Document solution architecture using current tools and methodologies( Visio and other derivations of UML diagrams)

Present solution architecture, models, diagrams to dev teams, architecture review board, and technical leadership.

Mentor dev teams on tools and technologies, patterns etc

Required Qualifications:

A technically-focused degree in computer science, engineering, math, etc., or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of experience in data warehousing, operational data stores, and large scale architecture and implementation.
4+ years of experience in Big Data technologies in Hadoop ecosystem Hive, HDFS, MapReduce, Yarn, Pig, Oozie, HBase, Sqoop, Spark, etc.
1+ Hands-on experience with Scala or Python or R.
2 + years of Experience in cloud environment consulting services, including such areas as system design and architecture, hardware and software evaluations, systems management, and systems migration and implementation methods.
1+ years experience with at least one set of deployment tools, such as Jenkins, Chef, etc.
4+ years experience with SQL Data Warehouse or a similar Data warehousing tool
2+ years experience in understanding of ETL, data engineering life cycle development and system design life-cycle.

Preferred Qualifications:
Healthcare Industry experience

Experience with large product integrations and performance enhancements

Experience analyzing large volumes of data (multi-terabyte to petabyte range)

Familiarity with common networking and security standards (e.g., CIDR, OAuth 2.0, etc

A strong understanding of data analytics and visualization.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong experience with enterprise application architecture and enterprise integration patterns

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for processing new and established provider/group applications, follow up and relationship building with Program Managers(PMs), providers and inter departmental personnel regarding all facets of Provider Enrollment. JOB DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: * Assists with maintaining the enrollment communication tool (ECT) site to include printing and mailing of applications to providers, following up to ensure provider has received application and uploading signed application when it is returned. * Assists all program managers with updating the Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare (CAQH) and ensures all attestations are kept current. * Provides excellent customer service to all external and internal customers, which includes acting in a courteous professional manner at all times, answering phone calls, sending applications, and taking care of in coming mail. * Builds relationships with all Program Managers (PMs), providers and company associates, which includes communication, active listening, training and education, and proactive problem resolution. * Supports PM with tracking medical licensure and DEA requests for providers to include updating the licensure spreadsheet as needed * Updates and maintains data in all Provider Enrollment systems, which includes the ECT tool, pay or application spreadsheet, ICC review spreadsheet from provider enrollment as well as CAQH. * Uploads changes to the training manual upon program manager request as well as uploads and maintains provider documents in the team room. * Serves as a support to the subject matter expert in CAQH/ECT between Provider Enrollment and Intensive Care Consortium (ICC). * Works with Program Manager to ensure National Plan & Provider Enumerations System (NPI/NPPES) is reflecting correctly for all ICC providers. * Serves as support to the primary contact for all Service Centers regarding the Provider Enrollment software application. EDUCATION: Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or EXPERIENCE: Six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have a general knowledge of healthcare information systems and be proficient in the use of a personal computer. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
