Bid Strategy Specialist

Job Summary: The Bid Strategy Specialist functions as the inter and intracompany liaison for incoming Pipeline Bids. This role analyzes, summarizes, and distributes bid information across operating companies, consolidates results, and consistently and effectively communicates key elements of the bid to all stakeholders to enable and facilitate one consolidated CRST bid strategy and response.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Downloads, distributes, manages, and files incoming bids

• Creates summary documents, outlining main objectives to note during distribution of bid

• Investigates supplementary bid information necessary to guide pricing procedures

• Consistently updates appropriate tracking files, revising incoming, current, and historical bids and the completion of their subsequent procedures

• Manages the RFI process and updates new RFI FAQs in respective files

• Prepares supplementary commercial documents to accompany bids to demonstrate bid strategy and CRST value proposition.

• Uploads, submits, and records bid submission in an organized, timely manner

• Facilitates communication and understanding between Stakeholders and Pricing Teams to ensure efficiency and shared knowledge between all participating parties

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

• Previous experience in a relevant field preferred

• High School Diploma or GED required and a degree in a related field preferred

• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
