We have an urgent position for BI Lead/Manager. Please see the details mentioned below.
As a BI Team Lead You Will
Oversee a team of 5-8 BI professionals.
Work closely with the product team of a leading logistics solution provider to define and deliver the BI features on their platform
Work with internal, client & other parties to support the definition/clarification of KPIs, feature extensions to future proof the solution
Guide dashboard creation and design, architect for high performance, scale and ease of use
Exhibit a high level of expertise in defining and driving the BI roadmap
Essential Qualifications
8+ years of experience with strong, hands-on usage of Tableau desktop and server
Very Good at Tableau and SQL skills
Proven experience consulting on programs which was setting up Tableau capabilities from ground-up
2+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports.
Fluency in data analysis tools and methodologies (SQL, data mining, data visualization)
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in engagement manager role with mid-senior stake holder management is preferred
Experience in product/analytics companies is a huge plus
Good to have experience in MongoDB
Prior experience with logistics, supply chain domain is a good to have

The ideal candidate will be proficient in the product management lifecycle and will have a deep working knowledge of user acquisition, lifecycle management, communications systems, segmentation, and online marketing. Responsibilities: * Work with business, product, sales and marketing leaders to define product and technology requirements. * Define detailed use cases, product requirements, and technical specs. Experience in building internal tools for teams to drive user growth a big plus. * Oversee the selection, build, extension and features of sales and marketing programs such as physical or online gift cards, blogs, music contests, custom landing pages or unique brand partnerships. * Drive a product roadmap that balances long term infrastructure investments against near term campaigns and programs * Oversee cross-functional build, buy, and partner decisions on marketing systems to yield the best system and insights, with ease and convenience at the best cost * Keep abreast of innovations and industry developments in order to anticipate and build in best practices to Chegg team * Lead sprint meetings. Prioritize tasks based on scope and business impact * Define KPIs and ensure proper instrumentation to track against goals. * Work closely with internal teams and multiple offshore engineering teams to execute the product roadmap. * Track and present the results of new systems capabilities and campaigns. * Continually gain insight into our customer and market segments with respect to offers, acquisition and retention. Requirements: * 5+ years of product management experience * Blend of technical, management, creative, business and marketing skills. * Strong leadership and critical thinking skills. Proactive and results-oriented. * Experience working in a data-driven consumer technology environment. * Proven success in building products that deliver business results. * Comfortable in a growing and dynamic environment. Have a fast, fluid and flexible approach, but also ability to focus with discipline. * Technical knowledge to determine project feasibility, degree of difficulty, resource allocation and timeline. * Ability to gauge how new technologies fit into the broad technical infrastructure and how that infrastructure should evolve. * Understand how to define success and measure impact. Ability to set priorities and make tradeoffs based on business and user needs. * Excellent project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects across critical yet often fluctuating deadlines. Capable of driving projects across cross-functional teams * Experience leading Agile (Kanban or Scrum) teams Preferred: * A college degree is required. MBA's and CS degrees are helpful, too, but not required. * Experience working on marketing systems for offers, segmentation, and insights.
