BI Team Lead/Manager

Job Description
As a BI Team Lead You Will
Oversee a team of 5-8 BI professionals.
Work closely with the product team of a leading logistics solution provider to define and deliver the BI features on their platform
Work with internal, client & other parties to support the definition/clarification of KPIs, feature extensions to future proof the solution
Guide dashboard creation and design, architect for high performance, scale and ease of use
Exhibit a high level of expertise in defining and driving the BI roadmap

Essential Qualifications
8+ years of experience with strong, hands-on usage of Tableau desktop and server
Very Good at Tableau and SQL skills
Proven experience consulting on programs which was setting up Tableau capabilities from ground-up
2+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports.
Fluency in data analysis tools and methodologies (SQL, data mining, data visualization)
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in engagement manager role with mid-senior stake holder management is preferred
Experience in product/analytics companies is a huge plus
Good to have experience in MongoDB

Prior experience with logistics, supply chain domain is a good to have

They provide reliability of mission-critical facilities for many of the world's largest organizations.<br /> <br /> <strong>Lead Project Manager - Data Center Construction  - Sunnyvale</strong><br />   <br /> We are looking for a Data Center Construction Lead Project Manager to support critical facility construction projects. The Construction PM will be responsible for all aspects of managing a data center construction project. This will include providing leadership to contractors and vendors associated with the delivery of company projects. Project assignments for the most part will be regional.<br />  <br /> The candidate will have overall responsibility for the delivery of assigned projects on budget on time and assurance that the project scope and quality meet Company Design Standards and the objectives set for the project.<br />  <br /> The successful candidate will have to be exceptionally organized and be great with back office work (change orders, budgets, paperwork driven, etc)<br />  <br /> <strong>Responsibilities:</strong> <ul> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;" style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Maintain liaison with various contractors and vendors in order to manage the day to day activities  that impact the delivery of company’s critical facilities construction projects</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;" style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Ensure that all day to day project responsibilities are met by the contractors and vendors on the project.</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;" style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
