What you provide

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in leading teams within a logistical field.

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business discipline. Additional work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

  • Ability to build relationships with executive and senior leadership and recommend initiatives to improve processes.

  • Proficiency in using visualization to convey analytical results.

  • Proven ability to execute and evaluate appropriate analyses given an array of tactical and strategic objectives.

  • Ability to teach business users how to interpret results and use dashboards to improve processes.

  • Ability to develop others into leaders and support team members in reaching personal and professional goals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or MBA in a quantitative program.

  • Experience with descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.

  • Forecasting and predictive modeling experience strongly preferred.

  • Military, transportation, or distribution/warehousing experience.

  • Strong SQL, DAX, and MDX skills.

  • Any R or Python experience from either formal education or a personal interest.
