Responsibilities

The Business Intelligence Analyst will deliver value-added reporting and analytics solutions to business users.

• Participate in requirement gathering and data mapping efforts for reporting and analytical solutions

• Support business users in self-service questions requiring technical knowledge

• Partner with user groups to resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes to data systems

• Help the business document data/metrics definitions and catalog metadata requirements for enterprise BI and analytical applications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics or Computer Engineering

• Familiar or have experience in Systems Analysis, Business Analysis, or Business Intelligence

• Understanding of database structures (knowledge in Kimball dimensional data modeling a plus)

• Understands conceptual, logical and physical models for operational and analytical systems

• Knowledge of SQL, BI toolsets (MicroStrategy, Power BI, Tableau)
