Responsibilities

• Work closely with the management team to understand needs, objectives, and challenges.

• Be an expert on company data and information to work with the management team to identify opportunities to improve key business metrics.

• Collect, model, and analyze information to deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to the management team and executives.

• Prepare and distribute reports to various departments on an ongoing and recurring basis.

• Build new dashboards and reports, optimize existing reports, and ensure regular data refreshes in Tableau and Excel.

• Forecasting, budgeting, data analysis, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant study or equivalent professional experience.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and SQL.

• Analytically minded with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Previous logistics industry experience is preferred.

Reporting to our Southlake office with normal working hours of 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM CST Monday

• Friday.
