BGS Master Electrician

Overview Buildings & General Services (BGS) at the State of Vermont has an exciting dynamic opportunity with room for growth as a BGS Master Electrician. A BGS Master Electrician performs highly skilled electrical work for BGS, involving the design, installation and maintenance of routine and complex systems including fire alarm systems.

This is a full-time position and the hours are 7a.m. to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. The position requires a valid driver's license and succesful completion of a background check. The starting hourly rate for this position is $26.57 to $32.84.

BGS provides the facilities services required for all state agencies and departments to accomplish their missions. As part of the Operations and Maintenance Division you will be an essential team member and part of the largest division in BGS.
