Bulfinch Temps is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to work on the Talent Acquisition team at Partners HealthCare in Assembly Row. This position is a pilot program opportunity with a 12 month commitment. The position is 40 hours per week from 8A-430P. Please note that this role is temporary in nature and does not offer benefits.
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator works in our Candidate Care Center within Talent Acquisition Operations. Talent Acquisition Coordinators at Partners HealthCare System serve as candidate champions, while working in a service organization and supporting assigned Talent Acquisition Partners during the Talent Acquisition life-cycle.
Talent Acquisition Operations Team Members are passionate advocates for the Talent Acquisition Partner experience; focused on how to improve the experience for Talent Acquisition Teams; ultimately ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
Provide excellent first impression to Candidates ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout their exploration of Partners HealthCare System
Support assigned Talent Acquisition Partners to:
Schedule Interviews and Debrief Meetings
Coordinate Candidate Travel and Candidate Expense Reporting, when applicable
Prepare electronic correspondence and packages
Upon written offer acceptance, manage pre-boarding cycle of the Talent Acquisition process including but not limited to background checks, license verification, Occupational Health clearance etc.
Maintain tracker for Sign On Bonuses and Employee Referral Programs
Creative and innovative mindset to ensure efficiencies and solutions; ensuring a positive candidate experience and overall support system
Attend appropriate development meetings as required
Participate in a culture of continuous improvement and cooperation as a Talent Acquisition team member

DIVERSIFYING PARTNERS HEALTHCARE:
2 years in a support role
Administrative and or customer service experience
Attention to detail and timeliness
Proactive problem-solver, highly organized, agile with the ability to shift priorities, multi-task, handle heavy work flow processing and follow through
Creative thinker who evaluates ideas for Automation of all workflow process steps
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System; Taleo preferred
