Basic Job Function:
Performs all duties necessary for the smooth operation and delivery of all beverage service locations, maintenance of all beverage inventories and their storage to include receiving of vendor trucks, filling of outlet requisitions and delivery of all product as outlined by our State of Georgia liquor license requiring security escort at all time.
Use of Company Vehicle: Must be able to drive a company vehicle. Class - A
Minimum (2) years experience in warehouse/inventory setting (beverage knowledge helpful.)
High School Diploma or equivalent credentials
College degree preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Basic Computer experience helpful
Valid Georgia Driver's License
Company policy requires that one must be 21 years of age or older to drive a company vehicle and pass a yearly Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) review
Must be at least 18 years of age (Georgia law requires that one must be over the age of 18 to dispense or serve alcoholic beverages)
Proficient in Windows XP and Microsoft Office software applications such as: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Proficient with peripherals, copier, fax, telephone and calculator
Minimum typing skill of 20+ wpm
Must have ability to courteously present information to people in one-on-one and group situations

Learn the names and personally recognize our regular Guests and Members
Service all beverage locations with liquor, beer, wine, soft drinks, etc., including security escort as outlined by our Georgia liquor license.
Ability to receive vendor trucks against purchase orders and invoices.
Participates in monthly inventory process to include counting, reconciling, keying and close out procedures if needed.
Must be able to demonstrate basic computer skills and be trained on the inventory system - adaco.
Maintains the warehouse in a clear and sanitary manner ensuring the security of the inventory at all times and the separation of inventories by licenses.
Responsible for supervision of any other department team members who may enter the inventory area.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of current guest services, activities, dining options, shops, local attractions, and historical information regarding Sea Island and the surrounding area to answer any questions guests may have to the best of one's ability
If applicable, complete a Guest Problem Resolutions (GPR) form on any issues (solved or unsolved issues) and follow-up on issues as needed (if computer access is not available give information to admin support)
Maintains cleanliness and organization in all work areas
Uphold appropriate departmental standards of quality/timing
Uphold and ensure compliance with all company and departmental policies and procedures
Report all equipment problems and maintenance issues, known safety hazards, or unsafe practices and procedures to supervisor immediately
Attends all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement

Ability to kneel, crouch, squat, climb, stand, sit, balance, reach, bend, push, pull and walk for prolonged periods
