Job Summary

This individual will oversee all aspects of the beverage operations. They will direct and evaluate innovation in order to create and execute a strong beverage program.

Your Key Job Functions

  • Drive the development, evolution and management of the beverage program

  • Ensure the brand is achieving targeted beverage sales while maintaining planned profitability and positive guest sentiment

  • Responsible for development and execution of beverage innovation

  • Maintain effective agency and supplier partner relationships

  • Retain product and industry knowledge in relation to national/regional trends and pertinent legalities

  • Analyze sales data, beverage cost and consumer insights to evaluate key business drivers, challenges and opportunities

  • Make strategic business recommendations to the leadership team

  • Coordinate and disseminate information for menu updates in order to create flawless rollouts

  • Provide direction for beverage training and operational standards in order to drive efficiency and sales

What you Bring to the Team

  • 5 to 7 years of restaurant operations and management experience

  • Multi-unit experience preferred

  • Consumer trends understanding

  • Advanced leadership and influencing skills

  • Advanced organization and prioritization skills

  • Advanced excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Proven oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to work as a key member of cross functional project teams

  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, both internally and externally

  • Supplier partnership experience

  • Advanced project management skills

  • Advanced problem solving skills

  • Wine or spirits industry experience preferred

Boasting 1606 guest rooms and more than 500,000 square feet of function space, including 11 ballrooms and 79 meeting rooms, Hilton Anatole is volume at its' absolute best. What will I be doing? Directs and organizes the activities of the In Room Dining department to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: * Manage all Food & Beverage Outlet operations * Maintain exceptional levels of customer service * Ensure compliance of brand standards * Recruit, manage, train and develop the F&B team * Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner * Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food, Liquor Costs and Payroll * Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures * Develop menus with other members of F&B team * Accountable for monthly stock takes * Incentivize team members to maximize sales and revenue * Carry out annual and mid-year appraisals with Managers under your responsibility * Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement * Ensure communication meetings are conducted and post-meeting minutes generated * Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships * Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation What are we looking for?
