Job Description

To serve guests on the golf courses and maintain the beverage cart in immaculate condition, making sure items are stocked and ready for sale.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

• Consistently demonstrate and own any and all tasks needed to carry out the Omni MOS ensuring that 6 pillars are utilized in all interactions.

• Be prepared to share information about the resort and activities, by accurately communicating daily events, hours of operation and resort/activity information to our guests and fellow associates.

• Maintains a clean, aesthetically desirable and safe environment which meets the Omni Standards of

• Know and adhere to the Omni Personal Appearance Standard.

• Drive beverage cart throughout the day on the golf course and provide guests with beverages and snacks as requested.

• Responsible for maintaining stock on beverage cart and organization of stock.

• Responsible for bank, collecting money, making change and maintaining correct amount of funds in bank.

• Maintains clean and organized cart.

• and complete any other task assigned from management

Tools and Equipment:

• Golf Cart

Working Environment:

• Outdoors, in some cases inclement weather.

• Fast paced environment

Qualifications

• can pass a company motor vehicle report
• must be at least 21 years of age
• sit or stand most of the shift
• customer service experience
• must have a valid servsafe and tips certification prior to starting the job
