Responsible for opening and closing duties and providing accurate and speedy snack and beverage service to golfers. Will be responsible for maintaining a clean and well stocked cart of snack foods and beverages.
Drives food and beverage cart around golf course.
Takes orders from guests.
Receives payment from guests.
Distributes appropriate change.
Serves food and drinks utilizing appropriate food/drink handling techniques. Checks IDs of guests purchasing alcoholic beverages. Uses TIPs certification practices for alcoholic beverage service.
Responds to any safety situation in accordance with policies and procedures.
Promptly reports any concerns to management. This includes unruly people demonstrating questionable behavior.
Performs other tasks or projects as assigned by management.
Maintains a professional demeanor at all times to everyone.
Embodies mission, vision and values of the department.
High school or equivalent
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
Basic math skills
Minimum two years of experience in food and beverage
Must be able to work independently in a fast paced, outdoor environment
Ability to handle one-on-one guest interaction
