3+ years' experience in Sales Operations, preferably in a software sales environment. You have superior analytical skills, program management experience. Bonus points if you have experience with Solution Selling methodologies.

About the Role
Consulting with Sales on deal structuring and options that adhere to company policies around revenue recognition, SaaS margin targets & discount approval policies
Training Sales on terms & deal structures that comply with company policies
Tracking key deals for the quarter to meet company bookings & revenue targets
Facilitate the entire deal desk process from including adding necessary language to quotes, receiving the proper approvals, and policy improvements
Serve as a trusted adviser to Americas North, East, and Federal Regions sales leadership and their teams on pricing, product configuration, and business terms to support sales effort.
Collaborate aoss the company with multiple teams including Sales Comp, Analytics, Revenue, Legal, Product Management for process improvements, updates and releases, etc.
