The Bennetzen Postdoc is needed to study the movement and other activities of engineered LTR-retrotransposons and Helitrons in maize and rice. The research pursued by this postdoctoral fellow will produce data that are the foundation for grant proposals that Dr. Bennetzen will be writing later this year or early next year.
