Benefits Specialist (Disability Leave of Absence and Benefit Programs)
The mission of this position will be to provide employees and management with expertise in helping them manage disabilities that impact the workplace. This position will be in Atlanta at the GPC Corporate HQ and will report to the Medical & Health Management Supervisor at GPC Corporate Headquarters.
This position is primarily responsible for managing the Disability leave process for employees who covered by the company's leave of absence policy, are seeking short- and/or long-term disability benefits and are therefore subject to possible return from leave.
Responsibilities:
Education+ Formal post-secondary degree in Business, HR, or related field is preferred.

These positions are based in Atlanta at The GPC Corporate HQ. The work schedule will be hybrid with 3 days per week in the office. Some travel may be necessary to meet with employees to assist with the disability programs.
