As a Benefits Specialist and Coordinator, you will play a key role in administering and communicating employee benefit programs, resolving benefit-related issues and collaborating with the Rewards team in designing a great benefits plan across all our locations. Our ideal candidate has an eye for detail and accuracy, you are proactive and stress resistant while working in a high pace environment with a new challenge popping up every day.
What you'll be doing
Administering Employee Benefits. Support the administration of all of Mollies benefits tools and systems (in all countries), such as wellbeing platforms, health benefits and pension providers, bike and car fleets. Process changes and adjustments to employee records and subscriptions and ensure all records are accurate for payroll processing. Respond to employees' and stakeholders requests and questions in a timely manner
Streamlining Processes You will be responsible for administering and communicating employee benefit programs, resolving benefit-related issues and collaborating with the HR teams to ensure a seamless employee experience.
Designing Benefits Plans: You'll collaborate with our Rewards are HR team in designing a great benefits plan for our Mollies across all our locations. You'll review and manage vendors.
Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: You will be the first point of contact for Mollies when it comes to everything benefits. You'll participate in onboarding presentations and ensure it's a smooth process from beginning to end.
Data and Reporting: Assist in gathering feedback and survey information related to our benefits programs. Generate reports and gather data as requested. Utilize the reporting capability of the Benefits platforms to inform on control and enhancement of plans.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, bringing innovative ideas to the table that can further strengthen our benefits and people operations function and ensure our packages remain relevant and competitive.
What you have
You have at least 2+ years of experience in a similar role
Experience with administering benefits across different providers and countries
You have a HBO/Bachelor's degree in HR or related discipline
Strong admin skills, the ability to keep a clear overview and meet tight deadlines
Experience working in a fast paced scale up and feeling comfortable with ambiguity
You have excellent communication skills in English
A positive and upbeat attitude, with a passion for creating an exceptional employee experience.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
