What You'll Do
Provides support in the daily administration and maintenance of company benefits programs
Performs required duties for audits, compliance testing and program maintenance to ensure accurate administration of the program
Creates and refines process documentation used to ensure consistent, efficient, and accurate administration
Assist in the implementation of the annual enrollment process to include plan setup and testing
Ensures timely and accurate execution of benefit related projects and/or duties as required
What You'll Need
Minimum 3 years work experience required in human resources. This could include a combination of recruiting, employee relations, benefits, training, compensation, or labor relations
Benefits and Payroll business knowledge is required
Microsoft office skills with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently, multitask and prioritize
Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form are necessary to be successful in this role
Customer service mindset with an emphasis on problem solving
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
