We have an exciting opportunity to be part of the Global Benefits function which serves over 15,000 employees in over 72 countries. You will have the opportunity to help maintain and improve benefit and absence processes and systems requirements. You'll primarily support local benefits operations for the America's region and will participate in global projects that impact all regional locations.

We'll trust you to:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain and improve benefit/absence programs within the region, including execution within existing systems, downstream impacts to other internal systems, and change management

  • Take the lead on establishing processes and procedures and identify gaps or improvements to ensure the efficient running and compliance of benefit offerings

  • Configure benefit and absence plans within our HR System (Workday) in support of changes and new plan implementations

  • Take ownership and maintain vendor integrations, including on time delivery and error reporting

  • Use your analytical skills to identify and execute robust audit and reconciliation processes as it relates to our benefits and absence data

  • Work collaboratively with Payroll, HR Technology, and the Global People Services team to drive effective execution of processes

You'll need to have:

  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience using and performing transactions within an HRIS system; specifically within the Benefits & Absence Functional Area

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to work collaboratively with others and also execute key deliverables on schedule

  • Strong ability to establish and manage relationships across different internal groups and stakeholders

  • Previous experience and knowledge of corporate benefit program administration

  • Ability to determine process and system impact at a transactional level

  • Experience working in a dynamic fast-paced environment, under pressure with frequent deadlines

  • Knowledge of Excel (including high level proficiency with VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, and Other advanced formulas)

The role handles the HRIS data entry, reviewing for maximum accuracy, and maintains the operational integrity of the HRIS (Workday) system, including security, regular system updgrades and operational improvements. The Analyst is the point of contact for US Based employees, either answering their questions on benefits, leave management, HRIS and standard HR policy or routing them to the Managers and Directors for further clarification. It also provides support for employee engagement events and staff training as needed. The role requires timely and effective responsiveness and sensitibvity to employee needs and confidentiality. The Analyst must help foster a positive work emnvironment and strive to maintain employee engagement and understanding. It also serves a key role in risk management by maintaining system and data integrity. Responsibilities 1. System Administration: Perform required data entry of employee daya into Workday. Confirm completion of all onboarding, staff change, and termination forms. Maintain data integrity and systems integrations through testing and auditing. Manage Workday security and updates. Provide training tools to enrich the end user experience. Create and/or run reports for senior leaders. Assist with rollout of new Workday enhancements from the initial design through the ongoing administrations. Stay connected with the Workday community to track latest trends and best practices. Recommend changes to the current Workday configurations. 2. Payroll Support: Process employee changes year round. Maintain employee data on the HRIS System and up-to-date employee files. Prepare standard and ad hoc HR reports to track changes, demonstrate trends, and update management. Facilitates wellness and tuition reimbursements for staff. 3. Benefits: Administers leaves of absence for all Foundation employees, from employee applications to Workday/payroll management to raising special cases to Director of Compensation, Benefits & HRIS. Assist employees with any inquires and/or escalate issues to the insurance providers. Assist in Workday's benefits open enrollment process, including administrative support with employees. Assists employees with benefit enrollments, changes, and responds to general benefits-related questions. 4. Department Support: Serves as first point of contact for employee HR inquiries via HR email, escalating issues to subject matter experts. Provide feedback to HR team on employee concerns and issues. Serves as backup providing administrative support HR department as needed, specifically International HR administration. Qualifications 1. Education (Minimum Needed and Type of Degree Needed): * Minimum Required: Bachelor's or equivalent degree/experience• Preferred: Major in Human Resources. 2. Work Experience (Minimum Needed): * Minimum Required: Minimum 1 year in HR administration, including new hire processing, compensation and benefits administration.• Preferred: International HR experience 3.
