We're looking for an experienced Benefits Manager to join our growing NYC team. If you're a benefits expert with the proven ability to liaison between employees, managers, and outside vendors, read on!

In this role, you'll own the relationship with our PEO, TriNet, and administer all leave policies (PTO, Disability, PFL). You'll be our in-house benefits expert and develop presentations and one-on-one sessions to educate employees on current and potential benefits. You'll oversee the annual benefits enrollment process by reviewing current policies and proposing revisions. You'll also take an active role in employee onboarding, as applicable, and assist in creating and maintaining people related reporting (including headcount tracking, etc).


  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • 3+ years of Benefits experience

  • Expert knowledge of federal and state regulations that govern benefit plans and leave management (ERISA, ACA, IRS, FMLA, and ADAAA)

  • Experience in managing annual open enrollment & benefits vendor changes

  • Proven success in handling employee inquiries by researching benefits plan documents & summarizing plan descriptions

  • All around team player, fast self-learning individual
