Position Overview

Are you passionate about benefits and excited to make a positive impact? InvoiceCloud is looking for an experienced Benefits Manager to contribute at both the strategic and tactical levels in planning, design, development, administration, and compliance of all programs. As a subject matter expert this role will own the day-to-day functions and administration of all benefits programs and work closely with the rest of the HR team to ensure a wellness strategy aligns to the business's needs.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and oversee the design, planning, day to day management and communications of US benefits programs such as medical, dental, vision plans, life and disability insurance plans, leave of absence, 401k, as well as Voluntary plans.

  • Ensure all compliance requirements are met (i.e. ACA, COBRA notices, Summary Annual Report distribution, 5500s, discrimination testing, etc.) and submitted as needed.

  • Manage leave of absence process and policies for employees including time off, FMLA, ADA, STD, LTD, PFL, parental, military and other leaves.

  • Ensure benefit offerings align with the overall culture of our business, review effectiveness of programs and services, and recommend benefits programs to leadership based on trends and developments in the market.

  • Partner with carriers and external brokers for claim and utilization data, enrollment information and negotiating renewals.

  • Build a wellness strategy and supporting programs using the latest trends to drive employee's experience.

  • Align benefit program communications with overall HR and organization communication strategies.

  • Partner with cross functional teams to support employee engagement, compliance and protect business interests with an eye for important regulations and compliance.

  • Partner with Finance on a regular basis to ensure alignment with budget planning, billing and invoicing, and payroll implications.

  • Coordinate with appropriate teams to facilitate a flawless new hire onboarding process and own new hire benefit orientation materials.

  • Provide functional knowledge and data to partner with others in human resources and within the business.

What You Are:

  • 5+ years progressive experience managing benefits programs & administration.

  • Strategic expertise and knowledge of benefits governance, plan design, laws and regulations, related financials, legal, regulatory, and fiduciary requirements, benefits program administration, and enrollment processes.

  • Strong understanding of the benefits market trends and build on programs using this information.

  • HRIS Experience (Workday - strongly preferred) and familiarity with vendor integration needs.

  • Organizational and analytical skills to support data analysis and reporting.

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced and changing business environment.

  • Highly organized with superior attention to detail and strong sense of urgency.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Base Compensation Range: ($114,000.00 to $130,000.00) annually

Base salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.

The above represents the expected base compensation range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider many factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
