Everi is hiring for a Benefits Manager to work a hybrid-remote schedule out of our Las Vegas HQ. Our Benefits Manager will be pivotal in managing and enhancing our comprehensive benefits programs.

This individual will ensure our benefits offerings are competitive, compliant, and effectively communicated to all employees. What Will You Be Doing? Benefits Coordination and Management:

Oversee the administration of employee benefit plans including health and welfare, education assistance, and wellness programs. Benefits Compliance Expertise: Act as the corporate compliance expert for benefit programs, ensuring adherence to PPACA, FMLA, ADA, COBRA, ERISA, and HIPAA regulations.

Address potential compliance issues and manage federal and state reporting. Internal Benefit Analyses: Conduct regular benefit analyses, budget forecasting, and generate reports for management review.

Third-Party Relationships: Manage relationships with third-party administrators and carriers. Collaborative Program Design:

Work with People Operations leadership and third-party administrators to design and implement benefits programs, including HRIS requirements. Employee Communication: Develop and deliver internal communications regarding benefit offerings.

Arrange enrollment meetings and counsel management and employees. Open Enrollment Coordination: Lead the annual Open Enrollment process and quarterly reviews with third-party administrators.

Benefit Audits: Conduct benefit audits to ensure compliance with laws and company policies. Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise for the job:

Education / Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. PHR, SPHR, or CEBS professional designations are strongly preferred.

Experience: 7 years of experience in a corporate benefits role managing health and welfare, wellness, retirement, and incentive programs. Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations related to employee benefits. Proficiency in benefits administration and compliance reporting.

Experience in various HR functions, such as compensation and performance management. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Advanced knowledge of HRIS software (UltiPro preferred). Ability to have fun while getting the job done Whats In It For You? Competitive salary and benefits package.
