Summary Serves as an HR colleague resource consultant for all colleague inquiries with an emphasis on benefit related issues. Responsible for assisting with the administration and communication of all employee benefit programs, including but not limited to life, health and disability insurance, pension and related retirement programs. Serves as a colleague resource and is responsible for resolving general inquires related to many of the HR areas. Functions independently in a fast paced, multi-faceted and high volume, with a focus on colleague customer service. Education

  • Required: Bachelor#s Degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience. Experience

  • Required: 1 year of experience in human resources. Experience

  • Preferred: 2 years of experience in employee benefit administration. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Required: Proficient in MS Office Suite. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Preferred: Knowledge of Lawson or other HRIS systems. Certifications

  • Preferred: PHR

  • Professional in Human Resources

  • HRCI Upon Hire or SHRM CP - SHRM Certified Professional Upon Hire# This role may be temporarily remote, as LVHN prepares for a return to the office.# #
