Position Purpose:# Coordinate and administer the day-to-day benefits programs. Investigate and resolve benefit issues to ensure a positive employee experience while maintaining confidentiality at all times. Provide analytical, technical and audit support in the delivery of the benefit programs.
, biweekly or monthly reports, and conduct analysis as required, for ongoing benefits processing and periodic benefits audits. Coordinate the transfer of benefits data between all vendors, payroll and HRIS.
Administer FMLA , STD and LTD claims in coordination with vendors, managers and employees. Followup consistenly with all parties to ensure accuracy and compliance. Coordinate with Employee Health Manager on Workers# Compensation matters as necessary.
Administer Tuition Assistance, employee discount rewards and other Saint Anthony Hospital programs. Prepare weekly, biweekly or monthly management reports related to benefits and trends; complete benefit surveys as needed.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred 3-5 years in HR administration and/or benefits coordination experience Solid computer skills with intermediate knowledge of Excel and HRIS administration Ability to critically analyze problems and develop solutions Excellent interpersonal, team work and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and ability to work under daily deadlines while handling multiple tasks Desire to continuously learn more to handle advanced job responsibilities Bilingual English/Spanish preferred#
