We're Looking For:
We are seeking a Benefits Analyst with experience in benefits administration and employee support. You will be part of a Benefits team responsible for the successful administration and communication of our company's benefits programs. You will be involved in employee benefits enrollment, change management, and issue resolution. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your experience in data analysis, process improvement, and vendor management. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in benefits administration.
You Are:
Organized: You effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented: You ensure accuracy in data entry, reporting, and compliance filings.
Service-minded: You provide excellent customer service to employees, addressing their benefit inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Collaborative: You work effectively with team members, vendors, and other stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
Proactive: You anticipate potential issues and take the initiative to resolve them before they become problems.
You Will:
Administer employee benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations in our HRIS system (Workday).
Research and resolve benefit discrepancies and issues, communicating with employees, vendors, and payroll.
Prepare and distribute benefits-related communications, including enrollment materials, compliance notices, and educational resources.
Assist with the administration of COBRA and other compliance activities.
Participate in annual open enrollment, providing support to employees and ensuring accurate elections.
Generate reports from Workday for internal and external use, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Monitor vendor billings and claims management processes.
Must Have's:
3-5 years of experience in benefits administration
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Working knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, and other relevant regulations
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with an HRIS system (Workday preferred)
Nice to Have's:
Experience with benefits compliance testing and reporting
Experience with Workday reporting and system configuration
Knowledge of FMLA and other leave administration regulations
