The Benefit Analyst is responsible for assisting with the review, analysis and development of benefit plan recommendations. Prepares benefits communications and is Project lead for implementation of new benefit programs. Works with vendors to resolve benefit issues and handles complex and confidential matters related to health & welfare plans. Develops appropriate communication strategy and materials to support understanding and marketing of existing or new benefit plans. Initiatives may include brochures, NYPress, blast emails, intranet and Infonet site content, presentations, vendor visits, training programs, and other initiatives to improve employee engagement and customer service.
Five years related experience
Demonstrated ability to work in team environment
Ability to communicate effectively; platform presentation skills
Aptitude for innovation
Ability to handle complex, sensitive & confidential information
