The Benefits and Retirement Analyst is responsible for maintaining the employee benefits programs and retirement plans. Supports both employees and leaders with queries related to benefits coverage and retirement eligibility. Collaborates with carriers, business partners and third-party administrators on enrollment strategy, data reporting and compliance. Ensures that various policies and procedures are executed according to the organization's policy and federal and state laws; provides assistance and follows up on policies, procedures, documentation and organizational projects as required.
Your Everyday
Administers day-to-day activities of benefit plans, including medical, dental and vision, flexible spending plans, health savings accounts (HSA) and other ancillary workplace benefit offerings:
Administers Employee Enrollment System:
Works as a part of an integrated team educating employees, managers and HRBPs on programs, procedures, eligibility rules and coverages:
Assists with other special projects and tasks as assigned:
The Must-Haves
Minimum:
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
6 years of relevant Human Resources experience with a High School Diploma
4 years of relevant Human Resources experience with an Associate's Degree
2 years of relevant Human Resources experience with a Bachelor's Degree.
Preferred Experience with Employee Benefits, Worker's Compensation, and Leave of Absence Administration
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
Required:High school diploma or GED
Preferred: Bachelor's degree
