BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for an experienced Benefits Analyst!
As a Benefits Analyst in BAYADA, you will be joining a cohesive team of dedicated professionals! You will be responsible for understanding and supporting all aspects of Health & Welfare Open Enrollment, while collaborating with our internal partners on cross functional design, audits and administration. You will be responsible for varied Health & Welfare office duties including, but not limited to, the creation of work plans, preparation of reports, analysis of data and metrics, presentation of findings, and Health & Welfare dashboards.

Develop working knowledge of BAYADA's mission, services, people, organization, policies and procedures.
Learn various aspects of the organization though technology training, hands-on learning, and office site visits.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge (i.e. Workday).
Assist with the maintenance of internal systems to ensure they are operating effectively and that data transmissions to and from external vendors are accurate and timely
Facilitate small group discussions and make public presentations to groups.
Utilize multiple databases in order to gather, analyze, interpret and present information and reports.
Communicate and administer state policies and procedures pertaining to benefits.
Ensure accurate completion of the more complex plan administration functions such as modeling and reporting.
Act as a trusted advisor and become a subject matter expert with regard to health & welfare functions and processes.
Provide customer service for more complex questions, and direct escalated issues to BAYADA's supervisor for review and reconciliation.
Assist in the creation and management of policies, practices, and procedures related to BAYADA's Benefits office.
Compile statistics, analyze data, and summarize findings.
Take a lead role in the execution of internal audits and compliance reviews.
Support leadership in making recommended benefit plan changes, and independently research improvements that could enhance BAYADA's offering.

Four (4) year college degree.
Minimum five (5) years successful work experience in employee benefits, call center, or related field.
Knowledge of various benefits programs including health and welfare plans, ACA requirements and voluntary benefits.
Effective project management skills including the ability to facilitate and organize.
Well-developed presentation skills.
Proficient in basic business software applications required to perform job functions.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
Solid record of goal achievement and exceeds performance standards.
Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English.
Competence in Microsoft Office suite of products; with strong Excel skills.
Strong data analytic skills.
Experience in Data Analytics, creating dashboards and scorecards, preferably with predictive analytics background.
Workday experience is a plus.
