Our DaVita Benefits team provides strategic insights to design and deliver a broad range of competitive benefits to meet our teammates where they are in the moments that matter. We continually measure our impact to stay current with the needs of our teammates and steward available resources. As a Benefits Analyst on our team you would be the source for detailed metrics informing on plan performance, eligibility and compliance. You will collaborate with internal and external partners to support health and welfare benefits, wellness programs, leaves of absence and retirement. This position reports to the Benefits Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze financial and plan data to project costs and utilization for new benefit plans and policy changes
Explain technical, complex results in a concise and understandable way and develop presentation materials
Support the design, testing, and implementation of open enrollment and year-end processes
Audit varied data, including: worked hours, imputed income and back up care
Produce recurring and ad hoc reports using multiple large inputs
Retrieve and store source data needed for recurring (daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly) reporting
Review new and existing processes for improvements and automation opportunities
Respond to basic benefits inquiries to shared benefits email box from teammates and vendors
Present benefit information to new teammates
Contribute assistance and insights to collaborative, problem-solving team
Build strong partnerships and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external business partners
Understand DaVita benefit programs, policies and eligibility
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive data and compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
A successful candidate has:
Advanced proficiency in Excel, specifically using Vlookups, pivot tables and complex formulas on large data sets
Proficiency in Outlook and Power Point
The ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced ever-changing environment
Knowledge of Workday (or other HRIS), Alteryx, or other tools for reporting and analysis
Strong written and verbal communication skills and a desire to collaborate in creative process improvement and issue resolution
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years in a business environment, gathering and using data to solve business problems
1+ years working in employee benefits or human resources.
Experience working with multiple large data sources to generate insights and solve problems through questioning, critical thinking and analysis.

Salary/ Wage Range
$56,500.00 - $83,000.00 / year
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
