Job Summary

This will be a temporary role reporting to the Senior Manager of Global Benefits, you will work in close partnership with the benefits team in fulfilling the organization's wellness and benefits needs. The assignment is expected to last 6-months.

Primary Responsibilities:

Support operations of the U.S. benefit programs

  • Support administration of medical, dental, vision, COBRA, life insurance, disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, wellness program and other company benefits, including assisting in the development of communication around these programs and support for the annual benefits enrollment activities

  • Support benefits administration processes and data through outside vendor

  • Organize and coordinate onsite wellness events

  • Review/reconcile premium billing, COBRA administration

  • Compliance including 5500 filings, required postings, plan document maintenance, ACA-related fees, filings and testing

  • Partner closely with internal departments such as Payroll, Accounts Payable, HRIS and Legal

  • Continuous improvement review - including process improvements, system enhancements, workflow solutions and data collection

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, HR or related field and 3+ years of experience with corporate benefits administration

  • Experience in Multi-state benefits preferred

  • Candidate will have breadth of knowledge and experience with U. S. federal, state and local benefits and employment legislation, including ERISA, FMLA, HIPAA, ACA, worker's comp, and disability
