Provide administrative support of Ricoh's OnePlus benefits programs including Health & Welfare plans, Wellness, Leave of Absence programs and Retirement Savings Plan (RSP). Provides direction and support to field human resources and payroll representatives relating to benefit plan administration.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supports maintenance and administration of benefit plan processes and provides resolution for time sensitive benefits issues (i.e., enrollment/eligibility issues, appeals process, leave of absence inquiries, dependent verification process, letters & form completion, etc.).
Performs scheduled tasks in support of Health & Welfare plans, including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, health savings account and other OnePlus plans.
Provides consultative support to current and former employees and managers regarding Health & Welfare plans, Leave of Absence and RSP inquiries via email and the askHR program.
Provides support to employees during Annual Enrollment, including co-facilitating information sessions, responding to questions and escalations, interacting with our third-party benefits administrator to resolve issues and/or questions.
Interacts with Ricoh's benefits recordkeepers, leave of absence administrator and various other vendors regarding detailed employee issues and acts as liaison between vendors and field HR and Payroll.
Assists with the Leave of Absence program and leave coding within Oracle HRMS and the Vantage Payroll system.
Processes weekly and monthly vendor and carrier invoices wires and check payments in a timely manner.
Assists with special projects relating to streamlining administrative processes associated with benefit plan delivery
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)
4-year college degree preferred
Requires a minimum of 1-3 years of business experience
Requires 1 year of general HR experience
