You Will
In this role, you will be focused on benefits administration for dnata, but will also work with the team to assist with functions in ADP, Background Checks, Hiring and On Boarding, and other General Human Resource functions.
Execute the organization, maintenance, and execution of all benefits programs, including Health, Dental, Vison programs, other Insurance Programs, Leave of Absence, and Paid Time Off.
Utilize systems to ensure compliance in benefits, and audit results and act on any issues.
Work with and assist external benefits partners to ensure compliance.
Execute all Open enrollment programs.
Must have extensive knowledge of ADP and Applicant Tracking Systems
Must have experience in Affirmative Action .
Monitor and supply reporting on government compliance including ACA, Veterans, and EEOC.
Assist with the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties.
Ensure compliance with company policies/procedures and existing employment laws and regulations.
Assist with Recruitment/On-boarding.
Personnel file/record keeping maintenance and compliance.
Assist with payroll related issues due to Human Resource compliance and pay rate concerns.
Provide information related to company policies.
Answering employee requests and questions
Conducting audits to include HR programs, payroll and recommend corrective actions.
Assist with the termination process specifically Exit Interviews
Must meet Company Attendance Policy
Other duties as assigned.
You Have
3 to 5 years enrollment experience
3+ years' experience with health and welfare management plans
2 years ADP systems experience to include benefits auditing
compliance with benefit plans regulatory requirements
Knowledge and understanding of HR best practices; local, state, and federal employment law and regulations.
Sound judgement and problem-solving skills.
Customer focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, create a team environment.
Detail oriented, with ability to track task progress to completion.
Demonstrated ability to motivate, collaborate and lead.
Highly organized with ability to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines.
Must handle confidential matters with appropriate discretion.

Demonstrated proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
