Benefits Administrator

What will you be doing and how will you make a difference at American Senior Communities?

• Making a difference in the lives of the patients we serve by providing them care and compassion

• Acting as a positive teammate to fellow employees by helping onboard new teammates.

• Administers various employee benefit plans including life, health, dental, vision, disability insurances, 401(k) plans, and leaves of absences.

• Assists in implementing new benefit programs; arranges and conducts employee information presentations and enrollments.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree and three to five years experience in Benefits Administration, OR
• Any appropriate combination of education and experience.
