Summary of Role: This position is primarily responsible for assisting our benefit administration technology team in the successful support of our clients' benefit administration technology and benefit administration processes. Our clients are using a variety of different HRIS and benefit administration platforms and to some extent, our team can be asked to support all of them. However, our team gets very involved in the technology rollout of bswift and ADP. For clients using the bswift platform, we manage every aspect of the relationship from onboarding to fully implemented steady-state. This includes the ongoing support of that client in subsequent annual enrollments: project management, system configuration and setup, integration with HRIS/carriers, ongoing client-facing support and troubleshooting, acquisition integration, renewal projects and any changes to the system's configuration that are required as business dynamics dictate. For our ADP clients, as part of ADP's Partner Access program we work closely with both our client and the ADP support team in the configuration and ongoing support of the ADP WFN technology. For other clients with other HRIS and benefit administration platforms, we act as their 'seat at the table" in the ongoing configuration and management of the benefit administration process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Attend and participate in all team calls with clients, carriers, payroll vendors and HRIS vendors regarding ben admin technology and administration processes
Assess collection of data and documents for support of system build and maintenance
When system issues arise, track problem and navigate resolution from inception all the way through to completion
Analyze and audit data from multiple sources to find discrepancies and work with specific technology/vendor to correct the issues
Generate and deliver unique reports needed on an Ad Hoc or recurring basis
Project management assistance for the implementation of benefits administration technology initially as well as each year in preparation for Open Enrollment.
Testing and auditing system functionality for accuracy
Stay informed on new system features and release functionality
Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:
Experience with HR Technology, preferably benefits administration OR experience at a benefits brokerage firm
Specific experience with ADP WFN and/or bswift is a plus
Strong Excel skills are critical in order to do data compares of multiple databases and reconfiguring of data into specific carrier-defined formats
Strong organizational skills
Strong project management skills
Diligent documentation habits
Must be self-motivated and able to work in a fluid, fast-paced environment
Ability to work successfully in a team-oriented environment
High level of professionalism, productivity, dependability, and accuracy
