l Provides professional and timely service to internal and external customers
l Processes benefit-related changes such as life-status changes, address changes, etc.
l Resolves benefit administration service issues with internal staff and outside Vendors
Counsels employees regarding benefit programs including plan features, procedures,
eligibility, and premium information
l Performs monthly reconciliation of Carrier invoices to report to customers
l BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred
l 2-5 years of related benefits experience and/or training
l Customer Service experience a must
Must have knowledge of group life and health; knowledge of federal regulations such as
Section 125, ERISA and COBRA
l Must be able to cope in fast-paced, demanding environment and manage sensitive,
l Professional communication skills
l Proficient PC Skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, HRIS, etc)
l Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred
