Job Description Job Description This job entails visiting businesses and meeting with decision makers and HR personnel to offer and maintain benefits for their employees. We build relationships with clients and ensure financial protection for them and their families in case any unfortunate outcomes occur.

We work as a team to ensure adequate training of new employees. We are provided incentives when performance meets requirements. We make sure people are educated on the aspects of policies and what they should do if there is a need.

We coordinate with HR personnel and payroll to ensure deductions are complete and accurate. We gather referrals to obtain more business from the friends of decision makers and we offer the opportunity to join the business to our own friends and families.
