-Time#Assistant Nurse Manager to work the Weekend(WEOP) Night shifts within our Labor # Delivery Unit (L#D)#team at the CaroMont Regional Medical Center in Belmont, NC-Opening in Fall 2024! Assistant Nurse Manager Roles and Responsibilities: Provides leadership, manages, and coordinates activities of an assigned nursing department.# Participates in the coordination of#patient care and departmental activities consistent with the corporate, division,#and departmental mission statement and values.# Required Skills

Qualifications:

Current RN license to practice in NC (NC licensure or multi-state (compact) license).#BSN preferred.# Two years progressive nursing experience in an acute hospital with outstanding leadership skills documented.# Thorough knowledge of specialty nursing principles, methods, and technique.# Able to deal tactfully with staff, patients, physicians, ancillary professional, and families.# Considerable ability to manage, coach, and provide motivated environment.# Current BCLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by specialty area.
