Job Duties:
Greet guests as they enter the lobby area.
Anticipate guest's needs and respond promptly.
Maintain complete knowledge of all hotel features and services.
Provide guest transportation, as needed.
Provide luggage delivery and/or storage, as requested.
Resolve guest conflict/challenges through empowerment.
Practice safe driving techniques and obey all state and federal driving/safety laws.
Communicate with Front Desk via radio.
Perform and respond to all other requests from Hotel Management.
Job Requirements:
High school graduate/GED.
Must have 1-2 years customer service experience.
Must have a valid Arizona drivers license and a clean driving record with Department of Motor Vehicles.
