Canyon Ranch is looking for a Bellperson
As a Canyon Ranch Bellperson
Daily Supervision: Provides daily guidance and supervision, organizes and directs bell services efficiently including bell dispatching and assisting with the execution of transportation duties as needed.
Assures quality service standards in all facets of the operation by ensuring staff follow established policy and procedures in all duties and interactions with guests and staff. Motivates employees and encourages teamwork, maintaining a positive attitude at all times while setting a solid example.
Luggage Management: Pick-up and delivery of guest luggage between guest room and vehicle. Keeps the work area and Canyon Ranch vehicles clean and orderly.
Valet: Drives guests' vehicles to and from the Pavilion and the parking lot.
Delivery: Delivers incoming packages, faxes, and prescriptions to guest rooms, and performs errands for guests in local area as directed. Transports outgoing mail and retrieves incoming mail from the Post Office.
Experience Required: 3-5 years previous experience in same or related field.
Education Required: High School diploma or equivalent.
Certification/License: You will need to be 21 years of age or older and have a valid state driver's license with no moving violations for the previous 3 years.
