    In addition, Canyon Ranch operates the world's largest day spa at The Venetian hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada; it has an ongoing collaboration with Singapore Airlines to provide food and wellness services on its ultra-long range flights; and it operates 22 Canyon Ranch at Sea wellness facilities onboard luxury cruise ships: Cunard Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, Regent Seven Seas Cruises, and on Celebrity Cruises. Canyon Ranch is a 13 -time winner of Travel + Leisure's Best Spa Award, an 11- time recipient of the Conde Nast Traveler Best Destination Spa Award, and both Canyon Ranch resort s were named in the 2019 U.S. News & World Report Best Hotels rankings.

Responsibilities

Canyon Ranch is looking for a Bellperson

  • Lead (Full time) at our Lenox, MA location.

As a Canyon Ranch Bellperson

  • Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the daily operations of Bell Services and Transportation areas are smooth, efficient and operate within budgetary guidelines.
  • Daily Supervision: Provides daily guidance and supervision, organizes and directs bell services efficiently including bell dispatching and assisting with the execution of transportation duties as needed.

    Assures quality service standards in all facets of the operation by ensuring staff follow established policy and procedures in all duties and interactions with guests and staff. Motivates employees and encourages teamwork, maintaining a positive attitude at all times while setting a solid example.

  • Luggage Management: Pick-up and delivery of guest luggage between guest room and vehicle. Keeps the work area and Canyon Ranch vehicles clean and orderly.

  • Valet: Drives guests' vehicles to and from the Pavilion and the parking lot.

  • Delivery: Delivers incoming packages, faxes, and prescriptions to guest rooms, and performs errands for guests in local area as directed. Transports outgoing mail and retrieves incoming mail from the Post Office.

Qualifications

Experience Required: 3-5 years previous experience in same or related field.

Education Required: High School diploma or equivalent.

Certification/License: You will need to be 21 years of age or older and have a valid state driver's license with no moving violations for the previous 3 years.

Responsibilities Canyon Ranch is looking for a Full-time Bell Person/Driver at our Lenox, MA location. The Bell Services Driver acts as a Hospitality Ambassador when meeting and greeting guests. You will provide assistance with luggage, deliveries and rides around the Ranch. You will greet guests upon arrival from the airport or hotels and welcome them to the locale and Canyon Ranch. You will provide luggage pick-up and delivery upon guest arrival and departure. You will perform on-property deliveries (dry cleaning, flowers, etc.). You will valet vehicles upon request for arriving and departing guests, and transport them to their rooms upon arrival. Qualifications $500 sign-on bonus, details upon interview! Great benefits program and full use of the facilities! You will need a High School diploma, or equivalent. It is preferred that you have Hospitality or customer service experience. You will need to be 21 years of age or older and have a valid state driver's license with no moving violations for the previous 3 years. Being knowledgeable of the Canyon Ranch property and of local/regional area will be helpful. You will need to have good communication skills, an aptitude for guest service, and the ability to work with constant schedule changes. You will need to be self-motivating.
