Come work and be part of the RTI (River Terrace Inn) team. Our Napa River waterfront location includes 114 rooms, a fitness center and home to the ALBA Restaurant. The RTI is located within walking distance of restaurants, the Culinary Institute of America, Oxbow Public Market, the Napa Valley Wine Train and many other fun filled attractions.

THE JOB - Greet all guests upon arrival. Assist guests with luggage to their rooms promptly when checking in and upon checking out.

Promote all hotel functions and facilities. Hail guest transportation such as taxicabs, Uber other transportation methods, and answer inquiries. Inform incoming guests on the following while assisting them to their room: storage area; restaurant hours of operation, location of vending/ice machines; the concierge event of the evening; health club information; emergency procedures; equipment and exit paths.

QUALIFICATIONS - Valid CA drivers' license; Good driving record.

Fluency in English both verbal and written. Strong communication skills, Ability to perform well under pressure.

Be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgement. Friendly, courteous, engaging and passionate.

Be able to follow directions thoroughly. understand guest's service needs. work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team. work with minimal supervision. Maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel information.

Multi-task and handle busy situations with grace. This position is Part Time and is primarily intended for a Thursday and Friday work schedule.

Pay: - $16.00 per h/r
